The most horrible experience came to the appointment and waited for an hour an a half and was un informed about it being cancelled when they have various numbers and contacts failed to get a phone call about the cancellation and when asked the receptionist they said we were next did not check properly and then once asked again half an hour later told us it was cancelled when we had been sitting there the whole time. Did not apologise at all very bad experience never go to this GP. Would not recommend

Terrible admin staff. No appointment ever on time, even early in the morning. Doctors literally timed me before and kicked me out after 10 min as 'time was up'. Asked for a routine test to be conducted on my pregnant wife but staff told me this is not done in UK even though NHS website clearly said it'd be available and recommended to each pregnant women. Try to avoid this GP...

Terrible appointment system, poor reception service but they are great at stopping you from seeing a gp regardless you conditions which they don't know much about. GPs do not care and only interested in saving money. They are keen to send you off to A&E so that they don't have to prescribe anything to you.

Not easy at all to get an appointment, especially if you're a young adult. Complete lack of sympathy and sometimes even manners from the people at reception, I despise the bluntness with which they speak to patients (and I'm sure I'm not the only one). They will provide the minimum amount of support. Some doctors are not very good at explaining things fully and simply assume their patient will not understand or will be satisfied with the most simplified and minimalist answers. NOT SO! It is our health and our bodies, of course we want to know as much as possible.

I am lost for words to express my opinion on this practice. The service provided is beyond ridiculous and awful. I don't think that the complaints made are taken seriously. When dealing with patient, it is important to have competent and serious people. I have come across a few Doctors who does not seem to want to do their jobs.

Absolute awful service last night, was given an appointment after 7pm for my 4 year old waited about half hour then asked receptionist when I'd be seen, was told I'm next but she can't give me time or how long doctor Hall would be as he was with a patient apparently very ill according to the receptionist. An hour later still nothing receptionist has the same excuse, Dr hall still with a very ill patient, and there were no other doctors available, don't know why patient wasn't sent to hospital if they were that I'll and needed the GP for 1 hour or at least rebook my daughters appointment at an appropriate time for school aged children instead of making us wait so long. By the end of the hour my children both were tired crying wanted to go home and son started to feel ill. Decided to leave and was told a nurse will see us as the Dr. Was still with his 'very ill patient'
