I called at 8:30 in the morning for an emergency appointment after being released from emergency department. I will never ever take a telephone appointment again. I always want to face-to-face. I am currently in a position where I’m left with no faith that I will be called this evening. If I could do a screenshot you could say I’ve never had a missed call which I will present to the receptionist tomorrow if I do not get an answer this evening.

St David's receptionists have always been good and professional. I went for a personal problem which I found difficult to talk about. The doctor was caring, listened and would recommend him.
