Brilliant service - I was distressed due to bad test results and amazing action by the surgery and receptionist who arranged an emergency appointment the SAME evening despite having no appointment slots.

This practice needs more doctors like Dr Saggu and Dr Poonam Patel who actually listen to their patients. Most receptionists are rude and don’t listen to what the patient says

It’s harder to get appointment during weekdays ,I had to wait for whole week to get checked by the doctor.i got appointment after 6 days, there were no availability during weekdays.

Requested a phone consultation and was offered one 3 days later which suited me
