The staff working for this surgery, especially at reception are very unhelpful. I just need a box of hay fever tablets that has been given to me for the last two years and the make all the process way too complicated. They want the Pharmacy to fax them the request although I don't have the name of the tablets, I asked to look it up for me and he just read all medicines I have ever taken and didn't stop to spell or verify what I needed. Unhelpful all the way. When you ask for an appointment it takes minimum two week to be seen for 5 min. For emergency appointments you need to be there at 11am and wait to see what happen. It is unbelievable that my taxes pay for such a terrible service. I am fed up with the NHS and not be able to get rid of them. I have Private insurance and they wont see me if I haven't been to the GP first, this is a big nightmare
