Sarajlic (staines Road)

I would give 0 stars if possible. I am not a doctor, that's why I seek help from professionals and trust their advices but I have never got a solutions to my problem since I had her as a GP. The receptionist is extremely rude, like she's talking to her friends with her sarcastic tone or she's tired to do her job. I have some skin irritations/problems and the doctor never actually found out a solution and it's been a year almost. She just looks at me and gives me creams. 2 minutes appointments maximum. No blood tests, no deep analysis, nothing. I really hope she can read this (because I'm not even the only one saying it) and if you are looking for a GP that will assist you with manners and efficiency, go to another one. They're not for you.

After having lived in the Richmond borough for over 20 years, I finally have found this gem of a GP practice! I cannot begin to tell you what an amazing discovery this has been! Staines Road Surgery, stands above ALL other surgeries not in the region but I reckon within the country, with the responsiveness, professionalism, cleanliness, attentiveness and genuine interest in the well being of their patients. I have been hiding my thoughts and positive experience to myself selfishly with the fear of the practice becoming too busy and flooded with patients but despite the fact that the practice has been growing busy over the last year or so, the professional approach did not change; it only got better with the newly refurbished practice premises. Although all member of staff are very effective and efficient, I cannot rate Dr Sarajlic enough: she has been monitoring me and my family and has been great support in our overall well being.

Currently operating from a port a cabin whilst the surgery is being re-built, this practice still manages to be really efficient and welcoming. The receptionists are always pleasant and helpful and the nurses and doctor are lovely! I've recently moved to this practice and can't praise them enough-look forward to attending the new surgery which is looking great!

My father was diagnosed with Alzheimers Dementia and Dr Sarajlic was amazing with his care and treatment. She gave me lots of advice and help with his care and nothing was too much trouble. Sadly my father is now in a care home but I will always be grateful for for Dr Sarajlic and her team.

A good surgery

I have been a patient at this surgery for 29 years, we have had a change of doctor during this time but I find Dr Sarajlic so caring, you never feel rushed when you have an appointment, she gives you time and you get treatment so quickly, the nurses there are helpful and the receptionist, they always try and help you. I have heard horror stories from friends about their surgeries so I think my family and I am very lucky being at Staines Road. Thank you
