the admin staff are absolutely incompetent. the doctors are "ok".

The Doctors does listen to the patient, they just waste your time by booking a telephone consultation appointment online and waiting for the Dr to call you back at the end he will say is nothing without seeing you. I had very good experience with the nurses but the Doctors I find them rude and unprofessional they refused to refer me to hospital by saying is nothing but when I went to A&E they find out my problem very seriously. This GP is the worst GP in Hackney and they don't deserve the 5 stars.

I am a new patient with this Medical Centre from my first visit I had bad experience with the Doctor I saw. They offer you to see the Dr on the same day but doesn't care about your concern, the nurses I saw so far are very nice. I told the Dr that I have painful cough and painful sore throat she said that it's causing by heartburn which I don't believe that I said that I am travelling and if I am getting worse she answered by saying see a doctor over there if she was a professional she wouldn't have say that I am very disappointed also I don't know if I have to enjoy my holiday or visit the Dr which will cost me a lot of money because I am a tourist.
