You should know this clinic is run by men who will roll their eyes at you and deny you something you need when you need it out of personal opinions. I’ve probably been here around 4 or 5 times, i’ve wanted to give it a chance each time, and each time i ask for a female doctor i am unfortunately sitting face to face with a middle aged man who hates their job and is purely there to interrupt you and mean mug you. This is not just one man, i’ve encountered around 3 like this, a blonde man with religious tattoos on him, and a south asian man. Also, my IUD fell out after getting it done here and I am now getting checked for PID due to agonising cramps which have left me with sleepless nights, tears, and blood gushing out of me. Do not come here.

Although there is a bit of a wait once arriving at the clinic, it is beyond made up for given the care and attention members of staff provide patients. I was diagnosed with genital HPV-1 (Herpes) and in a lot of pain at first. I also felt very alone and anxious from the diagnosis, and the staff were very reassuring. I didn't feel rushed and felt like the staff weren't judging me at all.
