Wednesday 29 Oct 2014 11.30am. Arrived at Minor Injuries Reception, 10minutes wait to have personal details taken then asked to sit in the waiting room for 2 hours before being called into the Nurse. Obviously there is insufficient staff available. When called in to the surgery, the treatment given was excellently preformed and with compassion and details of after care well given
