Killick Street Health Centre

An extremely toxic workplace environment at the overly large reception area. There is something seriously amiss… it usually only takes one or two perhaps long-term employees in any workplace who have personal issues to make a situation such as this possible. Strangely aggressive behaviour towards patients, passive/aggressive negativity - simply nasty, unacceptable.

The doctors and nurses are first class once you manage to wrestle your way past the savage, uncaring reception staff. On the telephone the reception staff are like obstructive, unhelpful automata's and always a cause of unnecessary anxiety.

I have been a patient at Killick Health center since it opened I can in my opinion it is one of the best surgeries in Islington all the staff are always pleasant and they go all out to help you.
