I love the econsult option, and I never have a problem getting an appointment in good time. I am also a bit of a nervous, overactive patient, and everyone is understanding and supportive - I never feel like I am 'a burden' like I have at other GPs.

This surgery has too many patients. I would not recommend this practice. Try and register at a smaller practice. It is very difficult to get an appointment.

I would not recommend this practice. The level of care is poor and some of the staff are rude and unpleasant.

Probably the best-dedicated doctors in my life experience. It is always very clean, the building is quite friendly and open, there is a lift if you need it. A very talented team of heathy care running that place without a dought. They are known to always have a top London Doctors and they do! My suggestion would continue to protect your great philosophy and continue to offer alternatives. A few plants would be nice, maybe a board for adds and you could also make a PTC,

Very happy with this practice. The receptionists are helpful and pleasant. The doctors are excellent - very caring. I was extremely ill last year, and the GP referred me extremely fast to hospital, for various tests. They regularly monitor me - are patient and sympathetic and take time to listen.
