Fir Road Surgery

have been a patient for over ten years having a condition I thought I should stay with the same practice but tbh , haven’t had much of a good experience. The reason I stayed so long was because of one lovely receptionist who would go above and beyond to help . But she has now left. Would not recommend this practice. This morning tried to get an appointment explained that I was bleeding , but apparently no appointments 5 minutes after opening ??? But I could hear in the background other receptionists giving appointments out. ??? Now made decision to leave this practice .

I have been a patient and regular visitor to the Fir Road Surgery - Hanworth - TW13-6UJ since 2005. My overview of the surgery and its staff: All the Doctors, Nurses and Reception Staff that I have met [at least 98%] have been friendly, polite and helpful when attending appointments or when phoning in. This is a busy surgery which is currently having some redevelopment work finished off. As a consequence the waiting room is now larger and just big enough for its current needs. I have met most staff and found all of them to be highly organized and professional. Collectively they come across as a reliable and dedicated team. This team provides an important and necessary service to the local community. It is difficult to imagine where we would be without them. They should receive as much help and support as they require, from local authorities and other government departments, to enable them to continue to provide their high level of service. We should all be very proud of them!
