We would like to express our heart-felt appreciation for the continuous support and utmost level of care provided to our family by our GP Dr M.Bunter. For many years Dr Bunter was there supporting us in our pursuit to get to the correct diagnosis. We would like to express how essential it was to have such a caring GP on this long journey who was always available and who always listened, made the necessary referrals and offered invaluable advice in the most humble way. As a family we are tremendously grateful for everything you have done. Our thanks extend to his outstanding reception staff who work exceptionally hard and who have been very thorough, efficient and consistent in the quality of the work they do. Dr Bunter and his surgery provide the quality of care most could only aspire to achieve. Thank you all for your wonderful work and the positive difference you make to people’s lives. My stats: Male, aged 55 and have been a patient at Rose Grove/Peninsula for 17 years. The majority of time I have consulted with Dr. Diane Ruell so this review applies mainly to her. Always courteous, always friendly, sometimes rushed - that's the NHS, and I'm not the only patient - always refers if that's what is needed and has carried out a couple of smaller procedures on me herself, both successfully. If I wasn't there for medical reasons it would be a pleasure. Reception staff are always on the ball and have been with the practice for many years which makes for a nice familiar and friendly welcome. Can't imagine going anywhere else really. Thanks.

It is becoming increasingly difficult to obtain a timely appointment, despite the increase in staff numbers at the surgery. Recent examples are one week to see my GP and 10 days to get an appointment for blood samples.
