Sometimes there is nothing available but the receptionists do their very best to try to get an appointment for you.

Reception does not bother to answer the doorbell. After 10 minutes door answered but receptionist didn't say anything. Eplained I had an appointment and gave my name. Without saying a word she turns around, dissappears and I'm left wondering what just happened while left waiting outside again for another 10 minutes past the time of my appointment. Empty surgery but the two people waiting in the queue left outside to get wet. Never had a good interaction with the reception staff here. The nurses are great though. Friendly and good at their job.

Useless place, don't care about patients and receptionist are incredibly rude.

All staff very helpful. I have no problems at all. Doctor also listens to what you have to say I am happy with the practice been on their books for my years.

Dr Akram very helpful in a follow up to previous visit re "mood swings." Blood tests taken last week all OK. Keep taking the tablets he prescribed and see we in 2 weeks.

Doctors and nurses are kind and considerate. Chris the nurse is lovely.

The doctor was interested in my problem and communication with him was easy.
