They lost my blood test result and did not give an explanation for how that could have happened. Also, when I got there no one spoke to me until 15 minutes after my appointment was due to start. They only told me to wait in the waiting room for someone to get me. 15 minutes after my appt was supposed to start, I was ushered into a room with 10 individuals, no covid precautions to tell us to hand sanitise. The person who drew my blood was very rough and not good at it. I have had my blood drawn before but this was the most painful blood test. And the tape they used to secure the cotton ball after wards left my skin itchy for days and hurt a lot to peel off. Then they lost my results and have no record of me going into the centre despite going and doing it.
