Cheadle Medical Practice

Had a review whith Surinda she was excelent and looks after me realy well a credit to the practice the should be proud to have her there

I had an appointment on Wednesday 13th at 11.20 not sure of her name Aiylen She was very good I had a skin problem and had run out of the gel. She took photos of the problem and checked with her Boss who agreed that it should be send to a Dermatologist. She told me as soon as she knows more she will be in contact with me. Either to provide the medication or to make an appointment with them. She really did fill me with the confidence to get this problem sorted out.

Overall it’s fine to get an appointment, but to get through on the phone is a nightmare so I have recently been able to do this on line, which does make it easier but I had to wait a week for an appointment .

My appointment was with Bev she told me everything I wanted to know. Top class

I've been a patient at this practice for over 10 years and can honestly say I've had nothing but the best care. Receptionists always try to help you out, all the doctors and nurses I have seen have been caring and competent.
