Brooklands Medical Practice

We have been with this surgery for over two years now. I have read the other review and am saddened by it. We had th complete opposite experience. Fantastic during my wife’s pregnancy and have been great getting my young daughter in on the rare occasions we’ve needed them. Also no issues with adult appointments either. Recommend to family and friends. Keep it up brooklands.

Reception staff are rude and unhelpful. During my pregnancy when I needed to access the surgery more than I had ever before and I became upset and frustrated every time I had to deal with the reception staff. On more than one occasion I was passed from pillar to post because the reception staff did not want to deal with anything more complicated than booking an appointment. The Doctors at this surgery are very good, they are very caring and professional. It can be difficult to get through to the surgery, the phone is quite often engaged.
