Very well organised, efficient practice. Booking same-day appointment means calling on the dot of 8am. Receptionists very helpful. They are the front line of the practice. Its tough work and they keep the place cheery, a delight to speak with and very helpful. Quality of care varies from doctor to doctor. Most are good, two are excellent, one should be avoided.
- I have huge empathy and understanding for difficulties doctor's have to fit many patients into fixed time allowance BUT this should be not excuse to be presumptive with diagnosis and could be dangerous.

Just fed up of the constant abuse you receive on the phone from the receptionists. Happy to be moving away to just move away from this practice.

I got the best treatment from Bridge lane surgery so far. Receptionists to the doctors are polite,give attention to my concerns with health.I am so very satisfied and happy. keep going ...
