Neven been seen on time in the last 6 months, each appointment I have always arrived early and always been a delay of at least 45 minutes past the appointment time which isn't acceptable. I understand there may be a delay due to certain issues, as I work in healthcare myself, but informing the patient before they arrive of a substantial delay would make people a lot happier and avoid the need for unnecessary journeys and wasted time. I made it clear when booking the appntments I have to be in work for a certain time, I have to the rearrange my appointment to another day as I can't wait a further hour for the appointment, leaving me in discomfort and pain for longer. Never an apology from staff about running late, some of the reception staff are nice but many offer poor customer service, very rude both over the phone and face to face. I have had several prescriptions in the past which the doctors have forgotten to sign so unable to retrieve my medication, resulting in another journey back to pick up a signed copy. A previous doctor noted down something incorrectly on my electronic file and now it is a constant battle every time to get my medication, having to explain every time I visit that what she had written was incorrect, nobody seams to be able to remove this note which pops up telling each doctor I see not to give me my medication! Car park is always full from people who use it to park for the train station or to park and walk into the village so patients can rarely park.
