No not really i cant always get a face to face appoitment

we have a brilliantly caring doctor in Dr Z! She has nursed my husband through terminal lung cancer and without her I dont think he would be with us now! He is approaching his daughters wedding at the end of September and we have all fingers crossed and are holding our breaths, taking each day at a time. Thank you Dr Z you are a breath of fresh air and nothing is too much trouble for you! If you can say you love your doctor as a true and dedicated friend well this is a case in point! Looking forward to seeing you soon and hope you are enjoying your well deserved break with your family!

I wish to give Dr Shaw a 5 star rating! I have been in this country almost 20 years now and have come across some nice doctors but have never met any doctor as warm and genuinely caring as Dr Shaw. I must commend her because I think she's a great credit to her profession. I'm about to become a part of the healthcare profession myself and will be proud to have someone like her working alongside me. I think she's a true representative of what the NHS stands for. Well done Dr Shaw, its assuring to know people like you exist.

I asked for an urgent appointment late in the morning and was offered one that afternoon. I was assessed by the Nurse Practitioner who felt I needed to see one of the doctors. After a short wait I was seen by one of the doctors who dealt with my painful problem quickly and efficiently. While there she offered me an NHS health check as I had not been seen for many years. A pleasant surprise to find such a good service after all the damaging reports one reads in the newspapers. I could have taken my problem to A&E as it required some minor surgery but this was avoided by the prompt action of the practice.
