A magic pill, does what it says on the tin and no side effects.
This medicine helps with GERD
Always take with plenty of water 30 minutes before eating, in the morning.
avoid fruit pips and acid drinks e.g. tomato, orange juice.
do not eat a heavy meal before bed, leave at least 4hrs. before retiring to bed.
do not eat more than you require. stop eating before you feel full.
stay away from fatty foods e.g. biscuits, pastry and fat meat.
I used it for a year for Ibs symptoms, I then tried leaving off for a month or so and then used it again. It made no difference, Dr. Said it was good and to keep taking it. I'm afraid I declined as I had read that it stopped your body retaining iron an other vitamins.
I didn't feel a lot of benefit from these tablets and won't continue to take them after I have finished the course. I would only recommend them if I thought they might be of use and the person was suffering from acidity.
