Very poor service, I think the trouble is no wheelchair users appear to be employed here so no one really appreciates how important the chair is for a disabled persons day to day life. I have been waiting months for my chair , after numerous phone calls that I was told someone would get back to me still no one has. I was told on last phone call two weeks ago that it might be in the warehouse and that they would email the warehouse(what no phone in warehouse?) and that would take a couple of days for reply? Still heard nothing. Was also told that their supplier "Bartrams" had messed them around so were switching supplier so things would improve!!!
