The service is shocking , they don’t focus on the needs of an individual they focus on cost and cost only. They completely ignore the recommendations from professionals / physio/OT . Waiting months for a chair that won’t be fit for purpose because they ignore the needs of the individual… the attitude of the staff is disgusting
