An Extremely frustrating Administration service based in Lanchester Road. With answerphone service on instead of real people. Leaving messages appears to do no good. Because the usual case is they never get back to you. Frequent miscommunications that lead to even further delays and time wasting for the patient. No apology is ever offered. Letters are sent out eventually with ready made appointments and woe betide you if they are not suitable. Trying to undo the mess of it leads to even more rigmarole and ridiculous excuses about the enguneers diaries. It is simply not a service for users. It is a service made to suit the staff. The actual engineers are nice enough in person. But they do not heed suggestions or complaints regarding the administration. If you’re not I’ll enough already before using this service, then be warned: you will be because of using it.
