Have been waiting now for weeks and weeks for a very simple cable to be fitted. This cable being too short means that my daughters hand position is greatly affected, which has huge implications for her seating position and scoliosis. I have called every week at least once asking for a call back by management, and have yet had no phonecall or explanation. The call handler says part is still on order. Disgusting customer service
