We have been using the service for many years and have always found our wheelchair clinic appointments welcoming and customer focussed. From reception, admin staff to physios and engineers they are totally focussed on the child and make them feel very special.
My husband suffers with MND . We have always been treated with the greatest of care, compassion and dignity. Our ever changing wheelchair needs have been addressed without delay. I cannot speak highly enough of all members of the team who provide an excellent personal and professional service.
There was some confusion over the original referral from the GP, but once that was sorted the wheelchair service - from Tony in particular - was friendly and efficient and could not be faulted.
Very helpful and professional service, a kind thank you to Tony . Will recommend this clinic to everyone who needs help with their equipment, Thank You.
At a hospital appointment, the nurse, occupational therapist and doctor all said my (privately bought) wheelchair was far too small and not safe.I got an appointment with the service within the week and now have a suitable chair. The hospital transport arrived an hour early but I was still seen straight away.Beth and Susan went to a great deal of trouble to find a chair and I had a choice of two Service couldn't have been better.
