Very friendly and helpful staff (thanks Hugh :). Quick to listen and take particular circumstances into account with various available options to try so that the chair is completely suited to the individuals needs. Still in the first few weeks of assessing the new chair as there is an issue with Michael leaning to one side. Great chair, great people!
