It has made a huge difference to me and I just hope that the benefits last. I wish this was available on the NHS across the country. I had the depression treatment on its own because I was in the Brightminds trial. This helped the depression but I continued to feel tremendously anxious until eventually I paid for the treatment myself. I suspect it would be better to routinely have the two treatments concurrently.

The staff were really approachable and caring and genuinely showed they cared about your wellbeing which is something that was very refreshing after years of the mental health team not offering any support other than changing my medication. In terms of improvement there are only small things. Appointment cards maybe as there were a few errors (swiftly resolved though) and when coming for initial assessment it'd be good to highlight/specify that you're separate and cannot be accessed from main reception as that caused stress. \on the whole the hospital have been great.

The staff have been an incredible support. I could not have done this without them. My life has totally changed for the better.

Staff are so supportive. I initially found the treatment quite overwhelming but they were brilliant at making me feel at ease and supported allowing me the ability to continue with the treatment. It has been professional but a very caring and kind experience.
