The care from the nursing staff was absolutely excellent- they were friendly, caring, understanding and helpful. They clearly explained the procedure for rTMS and made me comfortable during the treatment. They were sympathetic when I was upset and attentive with regards to offering me tea and coffee or water. The nurses made me feel at ease and chatted to me during the treatment. The only point for improvement I would make would be to make clear to patients exactly where the centre for modulation is. On the website contact details are for St Marys hospital in Kettering . My accommodation location was further away than I would have liked.
