Welcomed at reception and had no waiting at all. Taken through to the diagnostic changing room by a health worker who was very friendly and professional and answered various questions . After changing into a gown met Lina who asked the same questions and re checked I had followed instructions regarding eating and drinking. Everything was explained to me including process and possible time the process would take. Lina showed me image of my internal organs with explanation. After I had drunk the barium drink they checked I was ok. Painless and professional and I was done in 1 hour 45 minutes. I was glad I tool a book to read in between image taking. One thing it is extremely cold in the waiting area and imaging suite. Keep your socks on and wear your coat when you can
