I attend as an outpatient for a scan which whilst I was dreading just wanted an answer to way I was having issues relating to bowel movements. From first meeting Katie who put me at ease discussed the process and was so friendly and professional I began to be less concerned. I then went in for scan and met Lina Doku who again so friendly and professional along with her colleague Charlotte. Lina again took time to explain what was going to happen and talked to relax me throughout the procedure. It was fully explained what would happen after scan and relevant timescales. Fabulous friendly and professional appointment. Thank you
