Teresa was sympathetic, made a good careful assessment and her treatment was totally successful.
She is professional and clearly a very good practitioner.
I recently saw Teresa for a wrenched shoulder injury, having previously also received treatment for lower back pain. Treatment during sessions made things better, and the exercises I was given were explained well, and effective. I'd certainly recommend her as a professional.
Teresa has been treating me for a shoulder issue, after I suffered severe pain, pins and needles in my arm etc. She has been methodical, and based decisions in clinical expertise. At all times Teresa has taken time to explain what is going on and her prognosis, and why she is taking the steps that she has. She has taken care to give advice and guidance on activity and exercises outside of the clinic, and I have progressed from being in a lot of pain, to being able to swim, cycle and take part in all daily activities. She has persevered, and always been considerate and empathetic in her approach to treatment. She is also very personable, and puts me totally at ease. I have total confidence in her.
Teresa, was very professional and caring and helped alleviate my acute back pain, I would strongly recommend her and would definitely go back to her in the future.
I injured my shoulder in January 2016 and ( foolishly ) tried to train through it.
By the time I went to Body Logic I was in extreme pain and had difficulty sleeping.
Teresa was extremely knowledgeable and immediately diagnosed my injury and set me on the road to recovery. I was given stretching exercises to do, and could refer to these via email which was very useful. Once the soft tissue injury had healed Teresa gave me exercises to strengthen the region and helped me to become more aware of how I perform movements to reduce the risk of re injury. I can honestly say that Teresa is one of the best physiotherapists I have seen and I would gladly recommend others to check out Body Logic.
