I was having lower back and hip pain to which James was very sympathetic and understanding. he soon came up with a program of exercises for me to do at home. As the weeks went by I could feel myself getting fitter and less pain. I have now been discharged and looking forward to doing some fell walking again thanks to James.

Due to Covid I only had a face to face with James Bell once following a period of remote care. When I was referred to James he took time to explain the condition which he did really clearly and provided lots of helpful links to find further information on line. He set me up with Physiotec so I could upload my physio each day for monitoring (and incentive) purposes and we had regular calls to review progress and care requirements. He's listened and advised well and I have felt fully confident in his care. Thank you James. You are a star

The treatment James suggested worked very well. I liked that not only did I get treatment but he took the time to explain why the pain was as it was and once I understood this it made such sense to follow the exercises. He as very polite, in depth and knowledgeable and I am very grateful to be feeling so much better by doing the treatment.
