I'm highly satisfied and will be recommending James to colleagues and friends. I appreciate James efforts, care and patience in the time he took to explain the scan and X-ray of my condition and the whole process to recovery at every stage. The encouragement that James gave with the exercises he prescribed was not only educational but so important to the road to recovery. My range in motion if almost 100% with no pain and am sure I will get my strength back with the new level of exercises given. Love the gym at Highfield Clinical Care Centre!
