The physiotherapist unfortunately had covid on the day so we needed to switch to a phone consultation. He took a lot of time and care to get the correct information from me regarding my pain and medical history and was very thorough and patient throughout this process which gained my confidence. He followed up the call by emailing exercises to me and videos about pain management. He rescheduled our face to face appointment for next month, by which time I will have had a chance to implement some of his suggestions. I feel confident that I will be able to improve the quality of my life, having suffered pain for many years.
