Alexandra comes to my home to help me with my physical disability. I do not have good balance and I am not able to walk very well. She is always patient, kind, helpful and caring and never rushes through the appointment time. This makes me feel that I am properly cared for. Alexandra is always bright and cheerful when she comes to see me to review the exercises she has given me and always encourages me to do the best I can. She always listens to me when I tell her about how the exercises are going and if they hurt me in any way. I am grateful for her time and patience with me. Alexandra is a credit to both herself and the department she works for Karen Peet
