I have seen Hamel now on numerous occasions as well as today and he is friendly, professional and caring. He listens patiently and shows he cares, putting patients at ease. I have complete confidence in everything he does and says. I would also recommend Gary who helped me to choose new frames and went through everything carefully with me about lenses.
