Mr shah was very helpful and took the time to explain to me everything that was going on . I have used boots in the past and I have always found the staff very helpful. The young lady I saw many years ago alerted me and my doctor to the fact I had cataract and I was duly sent for treatment on her recommendation a fact I will always be grateful for
