I came to Boots Opticians suffering blurred vision in one eye and was provided with immediate, comprehensive and courteous attention by the optometrist Jane Anderson. After a wide-ranging series of tests, it was discovered I was suffering from a retinal tear and vitreous haemorrhaging. Miss Anderson explained the problem clearly, concisely and, just as importantly, sensitively then immediately organised an appointment at the Edinburgh Eye Pavilion. I would like to take this opportunity to thank her for all her care and attention.

I attended Jane Anderson on 20th may for a routine eye test. I have been diagnosed with blepheritis and waiting to see a specialist. Jane spent a lot of time explaining the condition to me, advising me on products to use Jane made me feel very comfortable and able to ask questions regarding my eye condition. This was by far the best eye examination I have experienced - very thorough
