I came to Boots Opticians suffering blurred vision in one eye and was provided with immediate, comprehensive and courteous attention by the optometrist Jane Anderson. After a wide-ranging series of tests, it was discovered I was suffering from a retinal tear and vitreous haemorrhaging. Miss Anderson explained the problem clearly, concisely and, just as importantly, sensitively then immediately organised an appointment at the Edinburgh Eye Pavilion. I would like to take this opportunity to thank her for all her care and attention.
