I've been examined by Miss Matharu twice now, and both times I was very impressed with her professionalism, her friendliness, her knowledge and her demeanor. She is an absolute credit to her profession, and to the Boots Opticians in the Harpur Centre in Bedford. She provided me with a printout of my prescription, answered all my questions, asked if I had any other questions, and above all, gave me a thorough exam. I have no idea what you pay her for her efforts, but it's not enough. She's a real credit to the profession... I will ask for her to exam me in the future...
