Clair was amazing with my children, she engaged them with ease, was reassuring, kind and very patient. She even came with us to the shop floor and helped us to pick out our glasses with a keen eye to detail and what would suit us best. All in all Clair went above and beyond what is expected of her, making my family at ease and she made it fun too!! Fantastic lady and optometrist
