Navin took over my prescription from Mr Patel and talked me through my options, there was no sales push and he made it easy for me to choose by removing the expensive options by simply telling me I do not need to waste my money on it! - which is surprising as nowadays people are not willing to provide that information! He was happy to re-lens by existing frames and they were made available to me within three days. I did look at some new frames and was astonished by the amazing range they have in-store. Most ranges I look at elsewhere all look the same and are quite boring. He helped me discard some frames simply because they do not fit well. I have since been back and purchased a new Oliver People frame - which I absolute love! Thanks Navin
