First off, this is a franchise... so you have no comeback with the actual Boots Company! After literally spending close to £500 on a pair of varifocal glasses - they are still not right. The first lenses were dreadful, so I had to spend even more money on the Ferrari of lenses (Varilux Physio) and they are still rubbish (I wasn't given a refund on the first lenses either!). I complained to the manager that I was mis-sold the first lenses and one of the measurements had to be corrected also...now I have wasted a further £160 on something which does not work. The staff are purely there to sell, sell, sell and customer care is low on their priorities. If I could give a 'no star' score, I would. Avoid, I have persuaded my elderly mum to try elsewhere.

Great service, friendly and reassuring. I was helped to choose glasses by Lisa who was excellent and spent endless time helping me choose the best frames.

Simon was a bit grumpy (very busy). But I felt safe in his hands.. Carolyn and Lisa helped so much with choosing frames, spending time until I was happy.. Ashleigh helped with a slight adjustment a few days later. All the girls happy and smiling. Pleasant experience!!
