The welcome from Louis put me at ease immediately and he carried out the first set of tests efficiently and very sympathetically. Simon, the optometrist, had a good, calm manner as he carried out the next tests and gave good advice as to eye health. I will definitely recommend Boots Opticians Wimborne in future.

This our 2nd time of going to Boots..nice welcome when you arrive..excellant service by the staff who do the various stages of the little tests.Simon was very calm and easy to understand..Sally was very helpful in selecting frames to try..some places can be very pushy at this stage.nice bright displays.....and just the right volume for the music..

Helen & Steph at Boots always make you feel like a very valued customer and go the extra mile to help. I went into the store in desperation before I started work one day as the lenses I was wearing were not in correctly and I couldn't see clearly. They immediately gave me a spare pair of lenses and then they even gave me a few extra contact lenses to keep in my desk at work so it didn't happen again ! Four star service ! and much appreciated....

Great experience, really helpful, friendly team. Brilliant with my kids, kept them entertained so I could concentrate on my glasses. I was greated with a smile from Lewis and led through the process with ease. Steph is a superstar. Thanks to all.
