The appointment and customer service was excellent. Simon the Optometrist was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. This is my go to Optician, having had poor experiences with other local firms, who seem more interested in their gains rather than my health. Lisa Hide has also helped me through the process of obtaining new glasses, following my new prescription and has been particularly helpful with measuring and fitting of my glasses. I would recommend their service and professionalism to all of my family and friends. A pleasure to visit.

I took my husbands glasses in as one lense had fallen out. Louis said that wouldn't be a problem and repaired the glasses straight away. Louis was very personable and friendly and I would recommend this branch of Boots Opticians.

Helen gave me a thorough eye test and Sally then was extremely helpful in assisting me with choosing new glasses. I had a problem with the fit so went back after a couple of days and the glasses were adjusted to my satisfaction. I would say that the customer service was excellent.

I went to Boots Opticians in Wimborne to update my 10 year old reading glasses! Ashleigh was fantastic! She showed me lots of different frames and suggested some that I wouldn't otherwise have considered! Having asked me about my hobbies I said I do lots of craft work and so she suggested a larger frame to see more. They are really fashionable and look and feel great! Very friendly, informative and a credit to the store. Thankyou Ashleigh!

The prescription glasses were not good blurry but they did not want hear that! In fact night vision driving on motorway positively dangerous - as I explained to the very frosty manager - not once did she say I am sorry, but proceeded to tell me that it was my problem and not the glasses or prescription- I asked to raise a complaint but nothing 2 months later but interestingly when I went to get copy of my prescription my file was missing! Since been to another optician who said my eyes would never get used to Boots prescription- extremely disappointing and expensive experience- and to then find out it is a franchise!
