I thought they were very pleasant to us both. Spoke very gentle to my grand daughter and explained everything to her plainly so she could understand. They also answered every question we asked. Very nice people and I highly recommend them.

Andy is good at his job. We have known him for a while now since the early days of boots opening in Wimborne. We can have a banter with him. He is excellent at his job - an asset to the company. Tea or coffee is offered too.
