Small but extremely friendly place, i want to say Thank you for every one that I have dealt with yesterday.
Specially Thanks to consultant Zabir Ali and Roney Cabral .
My appointment was at 9.10 am. The staff were waiting outside the shop because the keyholder hadn't turned up. She eventually arrived at 9.25 am. Not a good first impression. I was told that she lived in Wimborne so it wasn't due to traffic! Apparently this isn't the first time so I wouldn't advise any friends to book an early appointment.
A big thank you to Gill, Roney, Ashleigh and all the other staff at Boots Opticians. Outstanding customer service and really pleased with my glasses. My only improvement would be if my records from another branch had been transferred like I requested when I booked the appointment. Otherwise everything was 5*.
Which glasses would suit you .and the price range. Confused about lenses options.
My first contact with booking an appointment and being given a suitable time and date was good.
The eye test and frame selection I have no problems with; staff took adequate time with me during choosing and I did not feel hurried.
My criticisms come when I was contacted to say you had my glasses ready. Owing to the very loud background noise (presumably other staff and/or customers talking ), it was impossible to hear the phone message left other than I knew it was Boots of Wimborne calling. I therefore assumed rather than heard that my prescription was in store
On arrival at the store only one (sun glasses) prescription was actually to hand and the other pair were not yet ready. There was no link between the two orders which incurred a second visit. In fact the staff were surprised that I had two pairs on order.
Your system needs amending to prevent inconvenience to customers.
