Roney in Boots Opticians in Wimborne was extremely helpful and went out of his way to help as my daughter had broken her glasses and had no spare pair. He phoned all local branches to try and find the same frames to see if he could swap the lenses so she wouldn't be Without glasses but unfortunately this wasn't possible. He offered excellent customer service and we left feeling he did all he could do to help. well done and thank you for all you did

I had absolutely fantastic service from Carolyn and Ashleigh when I recently visited Boots Opticians, Wimborne. They were both so helpful and friendly and gave me some good advice concerning my bent glasses frame. I took their advice and when I popped in a few days later they managed to fit my lenses. Lovely people, great service, 1 million stars!
