Very pleased with my visit today. I can't find any negatives staff was amazing. When arrive to the shop it was very busy but the lady at the desk didn't hesitate to leave everything she was doing to attend me. Thank you Lisa really lovely lady was so patient with me us I was very nervous about the test. My eye test was very good and the optometrist explain everything and even show me picture of my eyes very pleased. I was Gona come back to choose my glasses with my friend but carolyn made the process so much easier and make me feel very confident with my choice now I can't wait to get my new glasses. I want to thank you everyone that help me today it was such a good experience definetly will recommend you.

The whole process of the eye appointment was very good and efficient. On being told I required glasses, I was shown a wonderful range of designer glasses of which I bought a pair, before realising that Boots have their own range of much better value. I was a bit annoyed about this as they were stuck in a corner so no one would have known they were there had they not been shown as I was not!

My appointment for a contact lens consultation was excellent, Zabir, Optometrist, was really good and caring, explaining everything. Roney was very patient in helping me with the lenses, which I didn't find easy to remove, he was extremely patient! I can highly recommend this opticians, good choice of frames and very pleasant, helpful friendly staff.
