I visited the Boots Opticians of Wimborne just over a week ago, arranged for some new glasses and they were fitted today - absolutely brilliant. Both Carolyn & Roney were helpful, professional and friendly. I have used other opticians in the Wimborne area but will now stick with Boots due to the two members of staff mentioned above. I was seen on time and was given all the time needed for the eye test and for selecting frames, glasses, finishes, etc. All of the staff were friendly, polite and professional, my main contacts being Zabir and Jack. In summary, a pleasant experience which left me feeling I'd received excellent and caring service. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Best eye test I've had in ages! I had put off having my eyes tested for a few years after having a bad experience at another opticians but I would definetly recommend boots. Thankyou Ashley and Claire

My contact lens appointment was very well organised and I felt very welcome. The staff who welcomed me and provided assistance post the appointment, Carolyn and Lisa was fantastic. The contact lense advisor was knowledgeable and very friendly and made me feel comfortable. The store itself is also very welcoming and clean. Due to the recommendation by the Contact Lense advisor I am now going to look at changing my prescription lenses to a more comfortable type with Boots.
